Sheet number seven and my plans shows the lower side panels Cut out of 6 mm plywood. But then I assume it's the same cockpit side panel is showing cut out of 9 mm on sheet number five box 13th. Is the cockpit construction Tiki 30. Does anybody have a comment on which way to go

I do my floor with 6mm + 20mm poliuretane + 6mm and 2x4cm timbers structure.

Hi all, just ordered a set of tiki 30 plans. Going to be spending the next while expanding and refitting my shop in preparation for the build. Has anyone out there tried any variations on boatsmith's tiki 36 mod of the 30? Seems like a ton of great ways to improve the boat and I'd love to hear some feedback on it. Cheers.

Hi Steven, have you gone through with a modified Tiki 30? I thinking of a build but would also like something like the boatsmith 36. Would be interested in any info you have :)
