"last summer in a bura day I tested my tiki 26. I wanted to touch the limits of my tiki 26. Without crew I pushed it till maximum speed with no reef hands. I'm enthusiastic of my tiki26 safe and speed"

Yes Adriano.  That is a pole that is mainly used as a spinnaker/whisker pole, but we also use it to support our deck tent, and to catch the mast when it is coming down.

now I see. I'm still thinking a good way to make our deck tent. But I did not find it yet. I think the "ridge tent" sistem is not suitable in strong wind and annoyng in moderate breeze

Adriano, I have posted some pics with details of the mastfoot. It is the standard mastfoot for Tiki 30, built from 12mm plywood (or 9mm as in the plans), the 2 blocks and cleats are for main halyard, I must still add one cleat for spinnaker and one for main downhaul. The spliced line you see is for the main downhaul. The compass box is my idea and not in JWD plans. I hope this helps. Ralf
