A very interesting take on a Tiki 30. I am curious, how tall is your mast? How much area are your sails? Also can we see some details of your steering system? How do you like the way your mods turned out? Thanks for showing us your fine boat.
Thanks for your curiosity :-)
I digged out a few pictures and a concept script (still in German), on page 5 a sketch of the steering: http://ning.it/zWlE1H
Mast height is 9.5m, sail areas are 42 sqm main and 17 sqm jib.
The design is by Othmar Karshulin, He runs the site www.multihull.de, email contact@multihull.de
The self-supporting nacelle design offers more space, flat decks, dry lockers, is more rigid and weighs less , all flat surfaces made from sandwich with PVC foam core.
Cheers Mirko
Hi Mirko, I'm always happy to find another Wharram in Greek waters! Over the past 5 years, I've seen 3 Wharrams, excluding my own, in Lipsi. :)
Hello Mirko,
My project progresses well now but there is still a lot of work to be done. I am enjoying the photos of your beautiful boat the last few weeks! I hope I will meet you somewhere in the Ionian.... who knows, maybe this summer ;)
