Hi Roger,
Hanneke made this same experience to reach a new boat model: the Tahiti Wayfarer.

Polinesio Catamarans
design & building
I know Tarcisio, but the Tahiti have 21' and sail with paddles as rudders. Is too much primitive for me. I bought a melanesia plans, becouse I have a lot of plys with 40 cm width thats remains of a good buy for the tiki 30.
I can do 2 melanesias with this plys...so I will do one little cat 15', with rudders and hitia crossbeans.
I'm thinking close the deck, do boyance, and uses nets in middle (like windows security nets for childrens in apartments).
mast: crabclaw (with bamboo) or wingsail (with aluminum mast)
what do you think about?
P.S: English is courtesy with ours readers? You know I Brazilian...
Cool...
