   Hi all, anyway, here's how anybody can make a turnbuckle.....

I came up with this concept because I needed small turnbuckles that can take a load.

and these are compact and lite I'm happy. mine are made by laser but I could make them totally by myself. just check into the loads you want to carry and the materials you use.....

  The hex head I round off with a grinder, so bolt can turn free, and for the nut I bend the metal to exactly hold nut from turning. I get small cuts done on laser to help me bend the material, after that we weld them full.

up to force 4  between wet to very wet, in anything above that just plain soaked........
