"My mast on a tiki 30 weights 100 kg. (9 meters long). Yours might be heavier. (But I also read someone has a 50 kg mast on a tiki 30/.. )

Hi all I have to remove my main mast . I’m hope I can use the mizen mast and gaff as a crane . I estimate the weight at 60 KG. And have made a crane that can lift this ,but I’m not sure of the weight .Has anyone any experience of this operation and or knows the weight of the mast which is hollow softwood 10m long 14cm dia wall thickness 3cm.
