Removing main mast T38

Hi all I have to remove my main mast . I’m hope I can use the mizen  mast and gaff as a crane . I estimate the weight at 60 KG. And have made a crane that can lift this ,but I’m not sure of the weight .

Has anyone any experience of this operation and or knows the weight of the mast which is hollow softwood 10m long 14cm dia  wall thickness 3cm.

My mast on a tiki 30 weights 100 kg. (9 meters long). Yours might be heavier. (But I also read someone has a 50 kg mast on a tiki 30/.. )
