"Hi , I mean that I will remove the top of the sail to lower the center of the sail area. The polynesian people unsew the strip at the top of the sail to reef.. I will do the same but instead of sewing and unsewing, I will use a zipper."

We bought our Pahi 42 in July 2010.
We want to change the rig and to build a crab claw.
There is many works to do on the boat (motor, electricity, paint, ...).

I always love the Pahi 42, so I'm very happy to own one.
We want toprepare the boat to sail around in 3 or 4 years.

hello delphine et eric , heureux d avoir des français proprietaire d un pahi 42 , j ai acheté le mien il y a 18 mois j ai fait ma premiere croisiere avec (une petite) il y a juste 1 mois , avant cela , changement des moteurs et quelques travaux , mon bateau est aux canaries , ou se trouve le votre? en tous cas bienvenu à bord. jean philippe

Hello Eric,

I love the look of your crabclaw rig! How does it perform compared to other rigs? What rig did you have previously? I need to make a decision now as to what rig I put on my Pahi 42.
