Spirit of Gaia sightings

The famous Spirit of Gaia just arrived in Ponta Delgada (Azores) today and I had a nice chat with them about renovating my Pahi 42.

Who owns this vessel now?  And is it used for business or personal use?   Just curious as an aficionado of all things Wharram    :  )

My understanding is that it hasn't changed ownership and is used privately and for promoting the Wharram design. But I didn't specifically ask this.
