So after 3 months of escrow the buyer of my tiki 30 Nok Talay  ran into unexpected financial difficulties has defaulted on the sale and forfeited his deposit. 

She is seriously for sale and i am open to sensible offers. Please email me for the latest guide price, this is a great chance to pick up a great boat at a bargain! She is currently laying in Pattaya but will be moved back to Koh Samui with the next month or so to be used by my parents until she is sold.

The defaulted buyer had the engine fully serviced, gave her 3 more coats of new antifouling and  supposedly did other outstanding small jobs onboard. 

She has a full thai commercial registration and can be put into charter so the new buyer can have a income as well.
