Hi Nick

Glad to be your friend.  I see you sold the 21, well done.

My boat will be staying in Exeter for a while, because I had my engine stolen last week.  I was in the water, rafted third boat out.  Man on second boat watched 2 guys walk across his boat, use bolt cutters to take my engine and then walk back across his boat.  Didn't challenge or even speak to them!!!

Anyway, sailing 3 weeks of April so not too bad.  Hope everything else is okay for you.

Cheers

Paul

Hi Nick, I take it Paul owns the Tiki 31 in Exeter, I could have been interested but didn't want another project, I don't think my wife would have liked the huge size and spread out accommodation. I will look out for you in spring as my old boat is in MS Marine's yard on brokerage with Boatshed so I often go to check on things, and walk the dog across the grass between our boats. Cheers Nibby

Hi Nick, went for a mooch around Exmouth yesterday isn't it sad to see that neglected Wharram on the sandbank, can't quite work out if it is a Tane 27 length seems about right she probably floats as the holes are in the bulwarks above deck level, she could be a nice boat as the alloy mast and rig alone could be worth a few quid. Scat looks snug and safely out of sight, does Mark charge extra for a cat? I enquired about a winter berth in the marina from the harbour master as with so many years ashore I don't think ashore is really necessary next winter, but £1200 changed my mind, do you know what the Turf lock fee is?.
