Hello Gorby, thanks for welcoming me!  I am not yet a home builder, but will be soon enough.  I have just ordered my tiki 26 plans and am planning to start my build in December.  Fortunately for me I have a friend who started building his tiki 26 a few months ago, and so we will be helping each other as we go along.
