Basic Internet and email via SSB

SSB can handle (very slowly, though) email and weather information. Passageweather.com provides direct addresses to access files in various areas, so as to avoid going through the data intensive Internet dialogue.

Has anybody implemented such a solution? What is required and how does it work?

    I am wondering that there is pretty low interest in those kind of modern communication issues.

    My thought was that there is a bunch of questions around nowadays basic tools like E-mail and internet access.

    I would be happy if this thread could be revitalized now.
