Tiki Beams- mods that you sail with [or wish you had]?

I am on the verge of closing in the center beam of my Tiki 30.  This is the box beam style .  I will use the cargo strap system to fix them to hulls.   Thought I would post this to discover if any folk have had drainage/structural issues that they have addressed [or will on the next refit!]  .    

Specific concerns:  Adequate drainage?   Mast step/dolphin striker reinforcement?  Reinforcement at beam/hull contact points [especially as regards strap system stresses]?
