tied "chainplates" as anchor point for a block

Bonjour,

I am looking at an anchor point for my clew block for an assymetric spinaker, an I found a picture of a block simply tied on a laced chainplate of a Tiki21.

This is a very good angle for an assymetric, but Iwould like to know if this place is a good and safe anchor point for the clew block, and if you have other suggestions, since I can't find a really convenient place for this block.

I mounted two standing blocks at the back of the cabin roof of my Tiki 30
