Height of the waterline - Tiki 38ft

Dear All, My transformation of the TIki 38 is coming along nicely. Though I now need to understand how to calcualte the height of the waterline (antifoul) with the weight added to the boat. My Tiki 38 is being converted into a tiki bar (with tiki roof) and sailed with a kite when need be and the towed behind my converted fishing trawler. Look forward to hearing your thoughts. vbw, JustinSee More

Hi,
Im a Kiwi man, failing from the alpine area of NZ. I converted an 1972 lobster boat a few years back, now at the beginning stages of converting the Wharram.

The boat is rather bare and need complete refitting. I need advice for the best placement of needed hardware and systems. including placement of tanks, battery systems, pumps etc.
