Looks very nice Ralf. I would caution that the jib leads will need to be mounted low on the cabin side in order to keep a fair lead to the winch. I put my leads above an inside portlight and this made for a poor lead to the winch. David
Kim and David, thanks a lot for the encouragement. It is much needed. David, you can see the jib sheet rail on the picture named 'cockpit 4'. On that pic there is my first finished hull in the background. You can see 3 triangle blocks which are meant to take the plywood seat and the dark green painted jib sheet rail just above it. This is as low as I could mount it. What do you think?
Ralph, Looks close. But if the sheet wants to overide you can put a wedge under the winch base to adjust the lead angle. Looks like a great finish. David
