    That's varnish over the epoxy. I didn't know about UV resistant epoxy at the time of coating the hull panels. Would be less work! Not as smooth and very shiny though. I'm still debating on adding some paint below. For now, just move along on the build.

    Hey John,

    Tabernacle has been done for a long time.  I went with 5 coats of epoxy, 3 coats of epoxy primer and 6 coats of linear urethane paint.  # of coats of epoxy and epoxy primer were for sanding. The paint had to be put on thin, hence the 6 coats. Can't do varnish in this environment. Oh, and yes,   it's HOT down here.
