tiki 38 with ensuite shower (How can it be done?)

This is for the Tiki 38 builders, sailors etc.

I was curious if an ensuite shower can be built in the Tiki 38. I only have the study plans right now. I am saving up to build my boat as I want to do it debt free. Some models I have seen don't have them. However, I would like to put one in.

I would greatly appreciate any help, hints or guidance.

Many kindest thanks!! :):)

I have a t 38 . In the starboard hull you could put a seperate shower toilet area to the rear of the steps in the space that is the galley on the port side. The heads area in the front starboard could remain or become a single cabin or storage area. I think there is pictures somewhere of a tiki that has done this.

No problem at all. The master cabin has plenty of space. Make a solid bulkhead aft, between the master and the aft cabin and you'll have more than enough room. I don't remember the measurements from the stairs back to the bulkhead but you certainly have sufficient space there. I think the T38 building plans book has a sketch of that arrangement.
