Tiki 38 for sale by owner and builder

   I have been asked to help find a buyer for a Tiki 38 we have sailed in company with during the autum months of 2010.  This boat was home built with care in Canada, launched in spring of 2010, and sailed south with a family of 4 aboard.  Mostly they followed the plans but the deck house, or pod, has standing head room and is very comfortable although it does change the appearance.  We attended several parties aboard and I must say, it surely is comfy...   The boat is well equipped especially as to electronics.  The price is $87,500 and the boat is currently in Bahamas.  Reason for sale is that the family is homesick for their large and extended family back north.
