Hi - I am looking for a winter mooring to rent for a tiki 26 - somewhere a bit sheltered in UK - eg weymouth, plymouth or even falmouth.  Any suggestions much appreciated.  thank you Johnny

Try the multihull centre at Millbrook near Plymouth, They have various options including beaching which is handy for repair work. See http://www.multihullcentre.co.uk/

Some marinas do deals over the winter to relet berths whilst boats are out of  the water, Port Solent and the marina at Emsworth do, so it may be worth ringing round the area you want to be based in; PBO used to do a marina review I do not know if they still do.
