I bought some of that Kiwi grip paint and tried it out on the rear decks yesterday, the stuff was easy to apply and is a water clean up paint.I had tried the adding of granules to my other paint and was not happy with the result. The kiwi grip definitely is the way to go i.m.h.o.

cheers paul.

I have done my cockpit deck (non-standard design) with Kiwi-Grip, and hope to get the fore and aft decks soon.  Good stuff! A thicker initial coat gives a more aggressive non-skid, while a thinner coat gives a gentler non-skid.

Good to practice on a small piece of scrap plywood to get the hang of it. . .

I found using a wide stiff paint brush makes it easier to apply the stuff evenly Kim,followed by the roller in parallel strokes is the way to go.
