Wharram Insurance for the South Pacific

I'm looking to get insurance for the Pahi 63 and it's occupants. It will be a commercial venture either as club property or charter. I have approached a couple of insurance companies but as soon as I mention it's a catamaran they loose interest.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Try St Margarets in Britain. They had no trouble insuring us and at one time offered us commercial insurance. I dealt with Toby but that was long ago and he may not be there any more. They are said to be a good company but we have never had a claim. Hopefully we never will.

that guy insured my boat for a very affordable rate (less than 50% of all other quotes i got). the insurance company is ALIANZ, and be clear answering the wheres , hows ,whens, .......the downside: i think he only speaks spanish. try english e-mail and see what happens. if you cannot have an answer please let me know... good luck... alex
