Good luck with your project! I'm based in Finland - if your Baltic cruise gets this far (highly recommended!) then welcome to visit us and Godzilla, our Pahi 42.
If you're planning to trail-sail, Hitia 17 is probably a good bet - Tiki 21 is great, but that much bigger that you'll need a stronger tow car + it'll cost more on ferries. I do have Hitia 17 plans (I was planning to build one when I first came to Finland) and I think Hanneke said it could just about be car-topped....! I think for 2 adults it would be fine for camping.
Finnish archipeligo and Finnish lake district are both fantastic for sailing - we of course stick to the more open sea areas. But summer is very hot and almost 24 hours daylight, what more do you want?!
I saw that you have an Outboard on your Hita 17. I plan to fix an Outboard on my Hitia 17, but still not shure where and how. Can you please sent / Post some Photos how you solved the Problem. I have a 6HP Outboarder was the same like the 5HP.
Indeed, for example I brazenly copied the design of your floors, that a great idea cheaper and more comfortable than the original mesh. And retrospectively inverting the desckstringers inside would have spare me a lot of time glassing, fairing and painting, for a more robust result.
By the way, I visited with family Wales a couple of years ago, I remembered wandering around Borth and Dyfi and by chance in a boatyard close to the estuary I saw a impressive classic Wharram (a Narai?). First and only time I have observed such a large unit. It made my day! Tough all the journey in Wales was a pleasure.
