no where to build
Haven't posted here for a Long time, hoping for some advise and help...
Bought plans for a tiki 30 last year to build with my kids, we were hoping to finish it before they get out of highschool, then we're going to take a year off to go sailing.
The problem is that I can't get anywhere to build, and if I put the money into a building site we won't have enough to build the boat... catch 22

Do not give up hope. There is an magazine called Australasian Amatrur Boatbuilder aimed at people who are not profenshinall boatbuilders. Perhaps if youvlook at these types of magazines expcully in the adverizing back pages, you may find somewhere to build or an more affordable boat yard to build in. Ihope this helps a lot. and of course ring around. A few placese.
