Hello Tony,
Welcome! We have the Tiki 46 Peace IV and will be interested in seeing your build progress reports on this web site. Nev and I built in the UK and sailed over to the US immediately after our 2002 launch. It is a wonderful boat. We do sell plans for the Wharram Designs and offer to visit our US east coast builders as we sail north and south with the seasons, but Australie is a bit out of our way!
Is there still an Aussie Wharram group going?

Hi,
Congratulations on your decision to build a Wharram! They are fine boats and you can be sure of a safe vessel. Sorry not to have answered you sooner but internet is not easy when sailing and living aboard. We are in a hurry to get from Bahamas to New England as soon as we can so Nev can have surgery. So we are in rush mode and it is hard to find time to answer you the way we want to.

Your ideas sound interesting and I want to consider them before I reply.

We do have many ideas to share with you re changes to make to the boat. I think you will be starting with the hulls and the lower hulls at that, so there is plenty of time for us to get back to Rhode Island where the family has a propepr computer with good internet connection etc. Please feel free to write us at svpeacefour@yahoo.com also which we do check more frequently than we do the Wharram Builders and Friends.

For now, we are about to up anchor and head north. We are at the border between North and South Carolina currently.

Love, Ann and Nev

Hi guys, we are currently building a wharram 42 hoping to launch next year. On 17th February we are sailing (on the QM) into Fremantle for the day and were hoping you'd like to catch up for a coffee / glass of wine and chat about the trials and tribulations of building / owning a wharram. Let us know. Cheers John & Kat

Hi,

I suggest you contact Jeff and Sue Kittle and kids on Kittywake via this website.  They have a Tiki 46 currently in florida and are interested in a mod to make easy passage on rainy days between hulls and pod without getting wet.  I remember you are also interested in that.  I still hope to shrink my girth in the rain....   Ever hopeful,  Ann and Nev
