Refurbishing the tillers

Found that the standard tiller (left) is very heavy at 5.5.lb. Reshaped corners leaving glue lines untouched and weight is down to 3.5 lbs. Over the 7 foot length of the tillers this is less strain on the rudder head and hinges.
