Paul where the main sheet goes? Maybe the down block crash the solar panel.

It does become tight with the solar panel and the mainsheet line, but, as I recall, there is enough room. The length of the horse that the mainsheet traveling block rides on is the critical point. When I went to the double-mainsheet system, it cleared all the space problems up.

Of course, my rigging costs went up due to the extra fiddle blocks, the Harken swiveling double-camcleat, the dyneema strop with snatch block, and the extra length of mainsheet.

Paul, I've tried to come up with a cheaper hardware solution than the Harken double-camcleat, but without much joy. For example, you could dead-end one end of the (single)mainsheet on one stern, run it up through a block on the clew, than to a block on the other stern, then forward to a single camcleat on the aft cockpit beam. But you would lose the ability to adjust the clew to weather, center, etc.
