The rest of the milled materials for the boat. Ash for the tillers, ipe for the cleats, etc. At this point everything is to the final dimension in cross section and just needs to be shaped to fit as needed.

Good looking band-saw. I like to use a jig-saw with a metal cutting blade
It's a Walker Turner 14" bandsaw in the final stages of a rebuild. I had access to a larger resaw bandsaw at the school boatshop, but will need to get my other bandsaw, a Walker Turner 16", back together for future projects. Other than resawing, a jigsaw is probably the better tool for working on most Wharrams. Bosch makes a 20 tooth blade (T101AO) that yields almost perfect cuts in material up to 3/4" thick.
While a tabel saw and bandsaw are ideal, a handheld circular saw and a jigsaw will work quite well. If power isn't available, hand tools will also work well, although not as fast.
