Cool car...example of simple and efficient. Here in Brazil you can buy one (old) for the price of toyota hilux new tires.

Yes it was a great car, reliable, robust - only it took quite some fuel. Here in Europe fuelefficiency is important. Cheers

Here too. One litre of gasoline = R$ 2,80 = 1,2 euros. Alcool etanol = R$ 1,70 = 0,73 euro (and use 30% more than gasoline).  My car do 10km with one litre gasoline +-

Our old president Lula sales Etanol in all interviews. But a reality is: Etanol is make of cana de açucar. And the producers of certain greedy, do they burn the cane before harvesting, to be faster. creating tons of CO2 in the air. all the current deforestation in the Amazon and soybeans or sugar cane plantantions.

Worse if the sugar rises in the international market, production is targeted for export and ethanol gets expensive here.
