Jamie, kind of off the rigging topic, but what is that on the hatch? Could you get a shot that shows more of the hatch from the other side?

Oh that's just a "stand" that supports the hatch when open so that the hatch doesn't hang off the hinges. Just a bit of 5mm ply laced around the handle, which rests vertically on deck. I've tried to minimize drilling any holes for fittings in this boat to avoid rot. I'll try to find a pic of it when open.
