This is the first row of continuous half-hitches to secure the net to the boltrope.

The double rows of running half-hitches, with the boltrope also half-hitched to the netting, makes for a strong, flexible system. That Samson "Lash-It" is good stuff: 400lb load rating and durable. IMHO, it should be fine for the extra wear the front net gets.
