when you are already that far I would recommend that you extend the cheeks of the mast tabernacle and then run a bot through it and through the mast as well, this will enable you to lower and raise the mast much easier (tilting it backward).

Have you planned where to put heavy cleats for anchor warp and or chain. Rollers forward for stowing anchors..? I drilled big holes and then filled them with epoxy for all my windlass and cleat bolts. Also holes for running cables for the windlass. Looks great!
