About me or us?
Built my first boat a lath 'canvas kayak with my father 1964. I have been building, mostly to my own designs, as a hobby ever since. My last build was a stitch'n glue surf kayak one year ago. I am almost finished a rebuild and modification of my PAHI 31 which I built approx 20 yrs. ago.
Looking to?
Post photos , take/give advice, check for meet-ups, keep in touch etc...
Hi Galway, yes I'll try to launch in summer, but the details of the build will take lots of time. The blog started in english, but i switched to german. maybe i go back to (my poor) english, but by now google translator is ok for my few words. Your Pahi is a beauty, already in the water?
Hi Galway Bay. Your Pahi is looking really nice. I have a question about your tiller set up, with the central tiller extension forward and having it mounted on the cross beam and tiller beam. Can you tell me how you have found it to work. I have seen a few Pahi 31s with this set up. This is something I would like to use on my own boat so am looking for some more information on the set up. Get in touch with me at thomas.nance@hotmail.co.nz Thanks!
Unfortunately I no longer have a muti of my own and have to rely on invites from friends. Also on occasion my sons and I rent a Seawind 35 for the day and take our resprective families out for a cruise up the Hawksbury. Fun for all.
