    I started sailing with the seasons along the US East Coast over 20 years ago and am very familiar with all of it from southern Maine to lower Florida. There are many inlest from ocean to protected Intra Coastal Waterway and most experienced cruisers with good sea boats enjoy a little of both as weather dictates. One can anchor the whole way so marina fees need not apply.
