You're right. On our Tiki30, some times with deep waves across, some water go through the passageway between the cabin and the hull.

On our Tiki46, I'll put a double floor in these passages corresponding to the height of the beams, so it will be possible to use them as locker for ropes and to put supple water tanks on each side in keeping slatted passages except in front of the entrances of the hulls to avoid to get water with a no slatted place.
