About me or us?: We were shipwrecked at Madagascar in our 45ft Endurance Schooner- mainly due to the deep draft of the vessel and certainly due to my inexperience.

We are John and Kat from Australia, members of the PCA and we are building a 42' Pahi due to launch in about a year. We will be in Cape Town on 4/5 February and Durban on 7th February. If you are going to be in the area and would be happy to meet with us to discuss Wharram building and owning, we would enjoy it very much. Please let us know as soon as possible.

Dear Lawrence

we are sailing from New York to Sydney on the Queen Mary 2 and are now looking at hiring a car in durban at 8am when we dock and driving up to Richards Bay for the day. we have to be back on the QM by 5pm but that still leaves a few hours at the Zululand Yacht Club with you and any other wharramers who are willing to meet us :) we'll contact you closer to the date but are really looking forward to swapping Pahi building stories and seeing where you are up to with yours. we'll bring photos of ours. cheers J&K
