Yes Chris i am happy with the 'eggbeater'.I run a marinized rodeo 2-2ltr diesel,because its not a marine diesel it was a little higher on rpms.Behind that a 2:1 ratio marine gearbox.I tried a cv joint,it works well but im going back to the uni joint.The 1" shaft has a casing with 3 teflon cutlass bearings lubricated from the top of the shaft from a bypass in the engine saltwater exhaust cooling.The V lifter with locking latch works well also although i have another lifting method which will also lock the shaft down using an old large spreader.The salt water cooling pickup is just down between the fin and the prop and works a treat also.All in all some fine tuning but the system works well
