Pahi 42 to sell

I'm selling a pahi 42, french flag, located in Martinique, French Carribbean.

I started to renew it month ago, did a good job but for many reasons I have to give up on the project.

The Pahi is on a yard, electricity and water provide by the marina. You could live on the boat while finishing the renew

You'll need to buy two outboard engines, a new deck, new battery and solar panels....

You could have that boat for 18000 euros.

You'll probably need a 15000 more to finish it, including the engines, solar, deck...

    As it will take some time to make the boat  Seaworthy again , could you tell us more about the shipyard she's in?

    cost, facilities, attitude.

    Hi, good day.

    Shipyards provide electricity and water.

    • A  wood workshop is just across the street, they could provide professionnel goods,  wood, tools, any carpentry stuff.
    • A hardware shop is 10minutes walking away from yard.
    • Marina have shower and toilets.
    • The workshop for epoxy and marine plywood is delivering on the yard for free.
    • You could sleep in the boat, I'm.
    • Bus just across the street to go to town.
    • Bakery and little supermarket is 5 minutes walking away.
    • Good neighborhood  and safe place.
    • I'm paying 400 euros a month for parking, full water and electricity included.
    • If I could go ahead on the project I think that would takes me 10 months before the boat is on the water, ready to sail.
    • For many reasons I have to give up.
    • That could be a good opportunity for someone.
