Wharram Builders and Friends

A Photo & Discussion Forum for Wharram Design Enthusiasts

I have two lovely TIKI 38 hulls ready for that special sailing enthusist to complete the buildout and to set sail to their dreams. They are gorgeous. They are the start of a project which was never completed. They were designed by James Wharram and Hanneke Boon. I do have the plans, which are included.

There is some extra wood and additional extras. Condition is excellent considering they are just components of the 'whole'.

They have been stored in a building which is being sold and they must go. I would hate to see such craftsmanship go to waste. I am only aware of this unique 'sailing club / cult' by discovery when searching the net. I can only hope there is a Wharram enthusiast that would love to take these off our hands and put this lovely art and sweat equity to sail.

Jib,

Thank you for your inquiry. Yes they are still available.

You may reach me at 414-967-9092

I'm not able to reach you on your phone. Maybe mine is not working from Canada to US.

Can you give some more information (price and location) by mail : jbzh87@gmail.com

Thanks.

Jib

I am asking $1000 for both hauls.

I do not know anything about them except what they are. And they are beautiful. The person building them decided to go off on another adventure.

They are located in Milwaukee WI.

Perhaps you could look via the www for a sailing org. or boat yard in Milwaukee and have one of their professionals look at them for you. They would have marine knowledge and may be able to assist with your questions.

I will do anything to not have to cut them up in pieces and toss.

My # 414--967-9092 (best # to reach me)
