Tiki 38´s Holding Tank and ideal toilet high

Hi guys,
Whats the ideal position of a Jabsco toilet in the bow cabin of a Tiki 38?
I send you some images:

In the first image the toilet is below the waterline and I´ve got to use the Vented Loop as high as possible. In this case, the water line is above the highest part of the toilet, isn´t it dangerous
the blue tape is the waterline.

In the third image, I simulate the toilet higher, and the water line stands in the shallow of the toilet. 

The mason level is on the previous toilet position.

And what about a holding Tank in this cabin?

I I intend to live aboard and work with day charter, maybe up to 20 people on board.
