Tiki 38 for Sale

I am Putting up for sale my much loved Tiki 38 (Jigal) to fund the construction of my house in Indonesia.
She is in Fantastic condition and currently lies in Serangan harbor Bali Indonesia. She is Australian Registered and has spent the last year sailing the Indo Pacific. She has since been out of the water (April 2015) for a coat of paint on the topsides and re-antifouled by a boat builder. No rot was found only some cosmetic issues underside which were rectified. She is a beautiful sound yacht. She has had a custom Deckbox made to hold water and fuel with an Inbuilt waterproof compartment housing the Freezer and Generator. This doubles as a day bed. The wheelhouse is custom built which houses all the Nav equipment, Electronics, Fridge, Gas burner and kitchen supplies. Cooking was all done topside freeing up both hulls for accommodation.
