tiki 21 project in western washington USA

i have a sound, but previously distressed tiki 21 for sale. It had some rot in some side panels. All the appropriate steps have been taken for effective safe storage of the boat. The rot has been removed, and the boat has been allowed to dry out and all wonky wood is gone. Small number of patches required to repair. Needs new paint obviously.

This boat is a pretty standard tiki 21. It will need work. It has no trailer. It is cheap.
