Tanenui sailing upwind

Is it possible that the Tanenui better sails upwind than the Tiki Designs, because the smaller beam and the heavier hullweight make it possible to cross the wind easier? How does the Tanenui work with the wingsail, and how does it work with a schoonerrig? I`m interresting of your messages!
