Pahi 31 in Lelystad Netherlands

Yesterday I moved our Tiki31 a bit up the Noordersluis canal in Lelystad Netherlands to her new mooring. On my way I passed a moored Pahi31. She seemed to be abandoned and must have been there for a long time judged by the terrible state she is in. Would not mind to know the owner and see if there is a way to bring her back to old glory. Does anyone know this boat or the owner?
