Last 6 years has been on hard being refurbished in covered shed.
Hulls are apart right now.
I'd say it's in the 85% range of completion and hesitate calling this a project boat.
Beams are not the pocketed design.
Newer main engine with very low hours.
7 sails.

As far as price, if done and in the water, I would be asking 55K. Being 85% ish refurbed, I think around 33K.

Some of these no longer exist like the dingy that got stolen but I have the motor, the nav, which you would want to do your own since tech changes so often, ect...
LAYOUT & ACCOMMODATIONS:
There are 10 water tight compartments.
Mostly storage areas under the deck with hatch access.
The main cabins for living are under the cabin top roofs, 6' 2" headroom.
Starboard hull is head (Raritan), navigation area, and double berth.
Port hull is salon and galley with fold down table and SS double sinks with gravity feed water plus salon is another double berth.
SS LP stove and oven by Plastimo.
Another compartment is easily arranged for additional berth. Currently used as storage.
Lots of storage.
ELECTRONICS & NAVIGATION:
Maptech PC Navigation. Update to your specs.
Compaq WS Laptop. Use your newer setup.
Xaxero WeatherFax 2000.
1 Garmin GPS76 mated to nav system. Use something newer.
1 Garmin ETrex.
1 Sitex SSB Receiver w/Metz active antenna.
1 Fixed Raytheon VHF.
1 Handheld Uniden VHF.
1 Saturn compass.
1 Navico depth sounder. No, this will need to be addressed.
Masthead tri-color plus deck mount navigation lights.
Chelsea ships clock & barometer.
1 Davis plastic sextant.
AM/FM/CD stereo w/waterproof Boss speakers in stbd hull and JVC speakers in
port hull.
MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL:
1 Nissan/Tohatsu 9.8hp 4Stroke elec/man start ob - new 06/06. Winterized and stored indoor after one passage.
Portable manual bilge pump, dry boat - not needed.
Twelve volt electric system,
Three deep cycle grp27 batteries, charging by 2 solar panels. 45w and 50w.
Engine can supply another 6amps.
Shore power battery charger.
Two separate circuits, one nav, one house. Total boat re-wire needed.
Electric fans.
Florescent lights.
LP gas SS stove with oven by Plastimo. Need to at a mimimum, wire brush the burners.
DECK & HULLS:
Wharram Narai MKIV with MKI beam design. (no pockets) Pocket design proved to be rot inducive.
Four laminated beams join hulls mounted on rubber flexible mounts.
Epoxy saturated laminated wood construction.
Silicon Bronze fastened.
South American Mahogany frame - stems, stern posts, keels, hull frames, deck beams, hatch combings.
D. fir vertical grain, old growth stringers.
BS 1088 Marine Ply skin.
Red Cedar slatted decks between hulls, nets fore and aft. Needs new nets.
All deck hardware custom stainless and stainless fastened.
SS stanchions and lifelines. New lifelines recommended.
SAILS & RIGGING:
Seven sails: Cutter Rig.
Main Suit:
Cruising spinnaker by Sobstad.
Roller Furling jib, - new 2006 by SailCare. 7.18oz. Mounted on Hood single line drive. (roller, NOT reefer) Hood gear now defunct, recomend a Harken roller/reefer furling.
Staysail, hank on - new 2006 by SailCare. 7.18oz.
Mainsail, - new 2006 by SuperSailmakers of Ft. Lauderdale. 9.18oz.
Storm staysail, hank on.
High clew Yankee jib, hank on - old, good condition.
Large light weight drifter/reacher genoa, hank on - old, but useful.
Aluminum mast, needs refurb. Step is new but not yet fitted.
7x7 SS rigging.
Six winches - sheet winches are 2-spd.
OTHER:
Steering by wheel, tillers or self steering windvane.
(windvane lower section was lost in high waves in the gulfstream, can be remanufactured. Have most parts and plans.)
Ground Tackle includes four anchors; 45 lb CQR, 35 lb Delta, a big Fortress, and a 55 lb Northill.
9' Shewmon drogue.
Completely canvas enclosed hardtop dodger at wheel.
Large sun awning.
Hard dingy with 2hp Yamaha ob. Dingy stolen, motor retained.
4 adult USCG and SOLAS approved Type II PFDs.
1 child USCG and SOLAS approved Type II PFD.
2 auto/manual inflatable PFDs w/harness and tethers.
Jacklines.
1 B-I & 2 B-II Fire extinguishers.
Visual distress signal package.
Ditch bag.
