Wharram Builders and Friends

A Photo & Discussion Forum for Wharram Design Enthusiasts

Hi all. I've got a Tiki 38 (Samplait, 20'6" beam, plywood/epoxy) on
a mooring in Stuart and I need to get her out of the water this
winter for a few months of work — hull-to-keel seams, stern tubes,
repower. Doing it all myself.
Riverside in Fort Pierce just told me their insurance won't let them
haul wooden boats anymore, and everywhere else that takes the beam
charges by the day. So where do you guys haul out in Florida these
days? Anyone pulled a Wharram up a ramp instead? I saw Dennis
Schneider used to have one in Goodland — still going?
Thanks,

Jerome
