"Drill the holes oversize and then fill them with epoxy and glass with bolts in place, waxing the bolts before hand will allow them to be removed. simple."

you are looking for a wharram around 36ft. would be a narai mk4 be an option aswell? this one I know well and she is built not heavier than the original plywood one. I know the one who built her in SA. a nice strong boat, very seaworhty in my view. look under www.raiatea-yacht.com   there you will find her advertised. jst nneds to be sailed to australia. I think the price can be put further down quite a lot. she s up for sale since about 3 years.
