You are right in the middle of a whole gang of Wharram builders. Hal Landis is building in Madison, Conn and John James is building in Rhode Island, and Bob Bois is building just north of Worcester, and Bruce Bylin is building just over the line in Mass north of here...... These guys are all at the point of ordering materials and will probably be interested in mass ordering to keep prices down. The system we had in Britain was to get a price from the timber company and we ordered at that price throughout our build. If you all had the same company, it might work out just fine. Best plan would be for you all to meet on line here. Also I have all the phone numbers and you can use SKYPE or mobiles... Love, Ann and Nev
