Betsy Way, up in NY area has a nice one for sale for not too much.. Saw it personally - almost bought it... The slip fees in Maui kept me from doing so.. 75 to 85K for a slip fee (one time charge, but too much to even entertain....) I'd urge you to take a look at it, at least.. beats the cost and time of building.... (at least for myself....).
